Orders must be shipped to the department from which it was originated and all orders will be confirmed with that department before they are shipped.
Our Shipping Rates are for all 50 States,
including Hawaii and Alaska. Packages are shipped Priority
via USPS for packages weighing less than 2 lbs or to a PO Box.
All others are shipped via UPS.

Returns & Exchanges
15 Day Return/Exchange Policy
You can return or exchange your order within 15 days from the invoice date.
All items must have tags attached and in original packaging for credit of
the purchase price on exchanges. A 15% restocking fee will apply on return
items. Soiled, washed, special order, close out or altered items are not
returnable.
When we have received your return and items have been inspected, a credit
will be issued on the credit card used for purchase or applied to any exchange.
We can only refund shipping charges if the return is a result of our error.
Shoes
When trying on shoes please make sure to do so on a carpeted surface
to keep soles clean and in new condition.
